Refund policy

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return your item within 7 days of receiving your order. Outside of this timeframe of 7 days, we cannot offer you a refund.

In order to return your item, please ensure goods are;
In the original packaging in which you received your order
Unused and in the same condition as when you received the item

Please email, customerservice@idemandfitness.com to request a return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. iDemand Fitness is not responsible for any packages lost in transit or should they not reach us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for items purchased on Pre-Order.
